Runner’s World magazine has a great article this month. Chef Luis Bruno weighted 400 pounds when he used a combination of method’s that Cris and I’s used to lose 200. For Luis it was following a doctor’s regulated but restrictive diet of 800 calories a day, while starting a rigorous exercise routine which gravitated towards running.
To me it highlights what can be possible for changing ones health with non-medicinal methods. And the power of it. He was even able to reverse his weight based diabetes. And the fact he has been able to keep it off with a permanent change of diet is great motivation for anyone!
Who have you read about that has been able to provide motivation or inspiration?
