Fitness is a way of life.

Slowly, but surely. I’ll get some good exercising in this weekend. I just know it.

I called in to Jason Calacanis’ podcast last night, it was pretty interesting. Others participating were b5media’s Jeremy Wright, Jason Coleman, Tim Elliot, Loren Feldman (who has a great sense of humor) and a couple others I didn’t catch - unfortunately, I wasn’t in a place I could take notes. The only person I noticed was missing was Scoble - have we not fatspammed him enough? I was also hoping to catch some insight from Wil Harris (who you might recognize from TWiT). Maybe next time.

I really enjoyed the experience - it was great to talk to others similarly inclined and making the same lifestyle changes. I’ll link to the podcast once it’s posted. I appreciate Calacanis inviting me to talk on the show - great fun, and hopefully will attract more people interested in losing weight but not able to find a support group. I enjoyed talking about losing weight, and listening to what everyone had to say - lots of good, frank and open discussion about something that doesn’t change until you start putting voice to it.
