Current Weight: 196.5

I thought yesterday might be a fluke. I’m still pretty erratic in my exercise, so I’m not losing weight as quick as I’d like. I am, however, maintaining my weight, and for me that’s a huge accomplishment all on its own.

I’ve been buying local grass-fed beef whenever possible now – it’s amazing the difference in taste. There’s no way I can go back now. I noticed the local farm also has eggs, dairy and pork, which I’ll also be getting. It may seem expensive, but when you take into account the true cost of cheap food, including the exorbitant amounts of fossil fuels used to grow (let alone transport) the food and the hidden chemicals present in the food, it’s definitely work another couple of bucks.
